Aceh – Indonesia, Acting Regional Secretary of Aceh, Taufik, ST, M.Si, attended the handover ceremony for the Chairwoman of the Aceh Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP), held at the Aceh DWP Office Hall on Wednesday (9/9).
In his address, Taufik stated that the handover of leadership was not merely a change in management, but an integral part of the organization’s continuity. Therefore, he expects the various programs that have been established and pioneered previously to be continued, strengthened, and further developed.
On that occasion, Taufik expressed his appreciation and gratitude to Malahayati M. Nasir for her dedication and service while fulfilling her mandate as Chairwoman of Aceh DWP. He noted that under Malahayati’s leadership, Aceh DWP significantly contributed to strengthening the organization’s role through programs that benefitted the public.
Meanwhile, to Fitriyani Taufik as the Acting Chairwoman of Aceh DWP, Taufik extended his congratulations on her new responsibility. He expressed hope that the Aceh DWP board would continue existing successful programs while introducing innovations and fresh ideas aligned with organizational needs and the challenges faced by civil servant families and the people of Aceh.
“DWP is not merely a gathering place for staying connected, but it holds a strategic position in building family resilience, supporting improvements in family education and health quality, and fostering social awareness,” Taufik said.
Taufik also called on all management and members of Aceh DWP to maintain unity, enhance coordination, and build collaborations with various parties so that DWP can consistently deliver tangible benefits to civil servant families and the broader community.
Furthermore, Taufik affirmed that the Aceh Provincial Government will continue to support Aceh DWP in carrying out its role optimally. He hopes the handover ceremony serves as a promising starting point to continue their service, strengthen togetherness, and make valuable contributions to families, society, and the development of Aceh.
