Aceh – Indonesia, BERITA RAKYAT ACEH I Banda Aceh β The commitment to enhancing service quality for National Health Insurance (JKN) participants continues to be strengthened by Harapan Bunda Hospital Banda Aceh alongside BPJS Kesehatan.
This was evident during the BPJS Kesehatan SiBling activity, where the Head of the BPJS Kesehatan Banda Aceh Branch Office, Mahyuddin, S.E., AAAK, directly visited Harapan Bunda Hospital Banda Aceh to observe and ensure firsthand the service process received by JKN participants.
The activity is part of service quality monitoring and evaluation utilizing an approach of observing, inquiring, and simulating the service workflow experienced by participants, from their arrival to receiving healthcare services and medication.
During the visit, three main workflows served as the focus of the monitoring.
First, the workflow for JKN participants in the Emergency Room (IGD). The monitored processes included participant arrival, patient intake, registration, and the continuation of services provided by the hospital.
Second, the outpatient service workflow via Mobile JKN (MJKN). Monitoring was conducted on the processes undergone by participants, starting from utilizing Mobile JKN, polyclinic registration, and the care process, up until participants completed the entire outpatient service sequence.
Third, medication services for chronic diseases and Referral Back Program (PRB) participants.
