Aceh – Indonesia, The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) organized ‘HANTARU Peduli’ through a blood donation drive to commemorate the 66th National Agrarian and Spatial Planning Day (HANTARU) in 2026.

The event, which took place at the Prona Hall of the Ministry of ATR/BPN in Jakarta on Tuesday (29/09/2026), was voluntarily attended by the ministry’s staff as a form of care for others.

β€œThrough HANTARU Peduli, we want to share. We also want to give our colleagues at ATR/BPN the opportunity to show they care. Because by donating blood, we can provide vital support to people in need,” said Head of the Planning and Cooperation Bureau at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Bahrun Munawir, when opening the event.

More than 300 employees participated in the blood donation drive. Participants came from various positions, ranging from Senior and Junior High Executive Officers to security personnel and office cleaners.

This high participation rate reflects the deep engagement of the Ministry of ATR/BPN’s staff in social activities held as part of the 66th HANTARU series.

Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau, Uunk Din Parunggi, also participated by donating blood.

He stated that blood donation is a humanitarian effort that brings real benefits to members of the community in need.

β€œThis blood donation drive is a humanitarian effort. It is extremely beneficial. Essentially, a single drop of our blood will mean a great deal to someone else,” he remarked.

A similar sentiment was expressed by the Secretary of the Directorate General of Land Dispute and Conflict Resolution, Lalu Harisandi, who also took part in the event.

According to him, donating blood is not only beneficial for the recipients but also offers health benefits for donors. β€œIt is certainly good for our own health as well, as we are recommended to donate blood at least once a year,” he said.

HANTARU Peduli was held in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of South Tangerang. In addition to the blood donation drive, the event also provided free eye examinations for participants.

Through HANTARU Peduli, the series of events marking the 66th HANTARU within the Ministry of ATR/BPN was filled with social initiatives directly involving its staff. The blood drive serves as a tangible expression of solidarity expected to help those in need. []
