Aceh – Indonesia, The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid, for questioning as a witness in an ATR/BPN corruption case this week.

“If I am not mistaken, it is scheduled for this week, as far as I remember,” said KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto at the KPK Juang Building, Jakarta, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.

According to Setyo, KPK investigators had already sent the summons letter to Nusron last week.

“It was sent last week. Meaning, I am confident that it should have been received by him,” he said.

Therefore, he expressed confidence that Nusron would comply with the KPK summons.

“One of the legal obligations for citizens when receiving a summons is to attend or fulfill that call to provide testimony,” he stated.

Meanwhile, he directed media personnel to inquire about the exact timing of Nusron’s summons with the KPK Deputy for Enforcement and Execution, Asep Guntur Rahayu, and the Acting Director of Investigations at the KPK, Achmad Taufik Husein.

“For further details on the exact day or time, please check with the Deputy or the Director of Investigations,” he said.

The case stems from a KPK sting operation (OTT) in the Greater Jakarta region (Jabodetabek) on September 14, 2026, regarding alleged corruption in the processing of building use rights (HGB) for PT Summarecon Agung Tbk in Bogor Regency, West Java.

A day after the sting operation, the KPK named eight individuals as suspects in the bribery case within the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

They are the Director General of Land and Spatial Control and Supervision at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Lampri; Head of the Bogor Regency Land Office I, Sontang Coin Manurung; President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi; and Rizal Pahlevi, a private party serving as an intermediary for Summarecon.

The other suspects include former Kebumen Regent Arif Sugiyanto, Chairman of the Golkar Party DPP Fahd El Fouz alias Fahd Arafiq, as well as private individuals named Erwin and Muhammad Fakhry. The KPK suspects these four individuals of being confidants of ATR/BPN Minister Nusron Wahid.

On September 17, 2026, KPK investigators searched the offices of Lampri; the Director General of Land and Spatial Survey and Mapping, Virgo Eresta Jaya; the Director General of Rights Determination and Land Registration, Asnaedi; as well as related directorate offices. However, the KPK emphasized that it did not search Nusron Wahid’s office.

On September 18, 2026, the KPK continued its search operations at Summarecon’s office in Jakarta and Lampri’s residence in Bekasi. On September 21, 2026, the KPK searched Summarecon’s office in Bogor Regency.

Two days later, the KPK searched the Mojokerto City Land Office. Subsequently, on September 24, 2026, the KPK searched the East Java Provincial National Land Agency Regional Office and Lampri’s residence in Nganjuk.

On September 29, 2026, the KPK searched the offices of PT Bela Parahiyangan Investindo in West Bandung Regency, West Java.***
