Aceh – Indonesia, A total of 132 employees of PT Socfindo Kebun Sei Liput in Aceh Tamiang received awards on Saturday (12/9/2026).

The presentation of the award, known as the Jubilaris, honored employees who completed 25 years of dedicated service. The award ceremony took place at the Badminton Court in Kebun Tanah Terban Village, Karang Baru District.

This event serves as tangible proof of the company’s respect for the consistency, dedication, and loyalty of workers who have devoted a quarter of a century to the advance of the plantation.

The event was attended by the Vice Regent of Aceh Tamiang, Ismail, SE.I; Chairman of the Aceh Tamiang DPRK, Fadlon, SH, MH; Commander of District Military Command 0117/Aceh Tamiang, Lieutenant Colonel Arm Raden Subhi Fitra Jaya, S.Sos, MM; Chairwoman of Commission I of the DPRK, Desi Amelia; Head of the Manpower and Transmigration Office, Rafe’i, S.E.; Head of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Aceh Tamiang; Kejuruan Muda Police Chief, Iptu Rudiono, SH; Head of Karang Baru District, Fakhrurrazi Syamsuyar, S.STP.; Chairman of SPSI, Tedi Irawan, SH, MH, C.Pm; Head of the General Division at PT Socfindo, H. Sugihartana; and Manager of Socfindo Kebun Sei Liput, Risjon S. Pane.

During the occasion, PT Socfindo Head of General Division, Sugihartana, expressed his appreciation to the employees for their dedication, loyalty, and hard work over 25 years.

“This Jubilaris award is the company’s way of honoring employees who have served with full responsibility. Hopefully, this will serve as inspiration for future generations,” he said.

Sugihartana explained that the tradition of presenting the Jubilaris award has been held consistently since 1990. This year, 132 workers at the Sei Liput Plantation received the honor. Across all PT Socfindo operational units, a total of 1,151 workers were granted similar awards.

“The awards received by these 132 employees consist of a cash bonus equivalent to two months’ salary and a certificate of appreciation,” Sugihartana revealed.

He added that this jubilaris is expected to encourage all employees to continuously improve performance, maintain discipline, and preserve a spirit of togetherness in carrying out their duties.

Recognizing 25 years of service also proves that a company’s success is inseparable from the role, hard work, and dedication of its employees. “Therefore, appreciating employees is deemed essential to building harmonious industrial relations and promoting better work performance in the future,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Vice Regent of Aceh Tamiang, Ismail, SE.I, extended his deep appreciation to the workers receiving the 25-Year Service Jubilaris Award at PT Socfindo Kebun Sei Liput.

In his speech, he referred to these workers as the “roots” that keep the company standing strong over a quarter of a century. “We see oil palm trees standing firm and bearing heavy fruit, but we often forget there are roots working underground for decades. These Jubilaris recipients are those roots, standing strong against the wind and weather,” he remarked.

Vice Regent Ismail emphasized that a company’s success is not measured solely by production numbers, but by how it treats its human resources. “This award is clear evidence of a harmonious relationship between management and workers. Remaining for 25 years means there is a very strong mutual trust that has developed,” he said. []
