Aceh – Indonesia, Persiraja Banda Aceh President Nazaruddin Dek Gam has officially appointed Ari Nanda as the club’s new Vice President, replacing Iswahyudi (Yudi). The decision was finalized following Persiraja’s matchday four defeat in the 2026/27 Pegadaian Championship on Saturday evening, October 3, 2026.

“I appointed Ari Nanda as Vice President because we require better communication and coordination, both internally and externally. I hope Ari can perform these duties effectively and assist Persiraja in navigating the challenges ahead,” stated Nazaruddin Dek Gam.

This decision is part of Persiraja management’s strategy to restructure the team internally following suboptimal results at the start of the season.

As Vice President, Ari Nanda is expected to bridge communication among management, the coaching staff, players, and various stakeholders involved in Persiraja’s campaign in the 2026/27 Championship season.

This role is crucial for Persiraja as the club undergoes evaluation and improvements after the opening four matches. Heading into week four, Persiraja has yet to secure any points and continues to fight to improve its standing in the Western Group of the 2026/27 Pegadaian Championship.

Ari Nanda’s appointment is also expected to bring fresh energy to Persiraja’s management, particularly in fostering better communication and maintaining unity across all elements of the club.
