Aceh – Indonesia, Regent of East Aceh, Iskandar Usman Al-Farlaky, stated that he will allocate a budget of IDR 15 billion to complete the construction of the Keude Geurubak paved connecting road, Monday, October 5, 2026.

“The connecting road in Idi Tunong District has long been neglected. God willing, in 2027, I will allocate a budget of IDR 15 billion for its construction,” Regent Al-Farlaky said.

According to Al-Farlaky, the road connects Gampong Lhok Dalam with Panton Rayeuk T, and its condition requires immediate repairs to ensure smooth economic traffic for the community.

“I have conducted a direct field inspection of the road in Keude Geurubak. Temporary measures over a 1,200-meter stretch are currently underway using base B aggregate materials for hardening,” he stated.

Al-Farlaky also added that complaints regarding the road’s condition had been raised since he was sworn in as regent a year ago. “Previously, this road was not constructed,” he said.

He hopes the road construction process receives support from the public, particularly the local beneficiaries.

“So that the economic pulse of the community will improve even further,” said Regent Al-Farlaky. (Adv)
