Aceh – Indonesia, Jakarta (Waspada Aceh) – President Prabowo Subianto reshuffled the Red and White Cabinet on Thursday (1/10/2026).

The cabinet reshuffle was announced around 14:30 WIB, followed by the inauguration of several officials at the Presidential Palace in Central Jakarta.

In this reshuffle, a number of strategic positions underwent changes, ranging from coordinating ministers and ministers to positions within state institutions.

Based on the list of officials announced, Bahlil Lahadalia was assigned as the Coordinating Minister for Downstreaming and Energy Transition, while concurrently serving as the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).

Meanwhile, Sugiono was appointed as the Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture (PMK). The position of Minister of Foreign Affairs, previously held by Sugiono, was then entrusted to Arrmanatha Christiawan Nasir.

Below is the list of officials whose positions changed in the cabinet reshuffle on October 1, 2026:

1. Bahlil Lahadalia as Coordinating Minister for Downstreaming and Energy Transition concurrently Minister of ESDM.
2. Sugiono as Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture (PMK).
3. Dudung Abdurachman as Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs (Menko Polkam).
4. Nusran Djoher as Chairman of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia.
5. M. Sarmudji as Minister of Industry.
6. Arrmanatha Christiawan Nasir as Minister of Foreign Affairs replacing Sugiono.
7. Listyo Sigit Prabowo as Chief of the Presidential Staff.
8. Drajad Hariwibowo as Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs. (*)
