Central Aceh Police Precision Patrol Targets Gas Stations and Tourist Destinations

Takengon – The Central Aceh Police Department has stepped up preventive patrols to maintain public order and security across several high-activity areas.

On Sunday (27/9/2026), personnel from the Central Aceh Police Patrol Unit (Satuan Samapta) conducted the Precision City Pioneer Patrol and tourist patrols targeting several vital objects and crowded locations.

Key locations targeted in the patrol included Bank Aceh Takengon Branch, Nunang Antara Gas Station, Simpang Lemah Gas Station, Alfitrah Pier, Gayo Petro Hotel Takengon, and Mulia Baru Gold Shop.

Head of the Central Aceh Police Patrol Unit IPTU Misbah stated that these patrols serve as a preventive measure to anticipate potential security disruptions while ensuring public activities proceed safely and orderly.

“This patrol represents the presence of the police in providing a sense of security to the community, including in tourist spots and public service locations like gas stations,” IPTU Misbah said, representing Central Aceh Police Chief AKBP Teguh Siswoyo.

During the operation, three personnel utilized trail bikes to monitor conditions across various locations. Officers also carried out interactive patrols and delivered public safety advisories to residents and youth groups.

At gas stations, officers monitored fueling activities to ensure they remained orderly and safe. Meanwhile, in tourist areas, patrols focused on preventing security breaches amid increased community activity.

According to IPTU Misbah, these patrols will be conducted regularly as part of the police force’s ongoing effort to maintain law and order within the jurisdiction of the Central Aceh Police.

“Based on our monitoring, all targeted locations remain safe and orderly. Community activities are running normally,” he stated.
